1.Who we are
NextLevelPicks (“we”, “us”) runs www.nextlevelpicksvip.com, a sports picks and betting analysis service with a free community and a paid Premium membership. Our community and support run through our Discord server.
This policy covers the website. Discord, PayPal and Whop are separate services with their own privacy policies, linked below.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details. If you fill in the optional “Want us to reach you?” form on the plans page, we receive the email address and/or phone number you enter and the plan you were looking at.
- Subscription IDs. If you use the “Paid but didn't get your access link?” form, we receive the PayPal subscription ID you type in and use it to look up your subscription with PayPal.
- Questions for the chat assistant. Questions you type into the site's chat assistant are used to pick an answer. We don't save them.
- Messages you send us on Discord, which Discord also handles under its own policy.
Information from PayPal when you subscribe
Payments are handled by PayPal. When you subscribe, PayPal tells us your subscription ID, which plan you chose, the subscription's status, payment amounts, dates and transaction IDs, and the email address on your PayPal account. We never receive your card or bank details.
Information collected automatically
- The Whop Pixel. We use the Whop Pixel to measure visits and conversions, including from our ads. It records the pages you view and actions such as opening the plans page, choosing a plan, opening the chat assistant, clicking a Discord link, sending the contact form and subscribing (with the amount paid). With those events it collects a visitor ID stored in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, your IP address, the address of the page you're on (including any ad campaign details in it), and information about your browser and device. When you send the contact form, the email address or phone number you entered is included.
- Checkout attribution. When you start a PayPal checkout, we may save your Whop visitor ID, the page you first arrived on, your IP address, your browser's user agent and, if present, Meta advertising cookies, under a random reference attached to your PayPal subscription. When a payment completes, we use it to report that purchase to Whop — with the amount and the email address on your PayPal account — so it can be matched to the visit that led to it. It's deleted automatically after 28 days.
- Hosting and security. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use IP addresses briefly to stop repeated or automated form submissions.
- PayPal checkout. The plans page loads PayPal's checkout buttons, which may collect information about your device and browser under PayPal's own privacy statement, for example to prevent fraud.
- Browser storage. The site keeps small notes in your browser for the length of your visit, such as whether the contact form has already been shown, which events have already been recorded, and the page you first landed on.
3.How we use information
- To provide Premium: confirm your subscription with PayPal, show your access link, and add or remove access when a subscription starts, renews, is cancelled or ends.
- To contact you, if you left your details in the contact form — for example, to answer questions about Premium.
- To run the business: new contact-form submissions and subscription updates, including the email address where we have one, are posted to a Discord channel our team uses to manage members.
- To measure and improve our advertising, through Whop.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
6.How long we keep information
- Contact-form details and subscription updates stay in our team's Discord channel until we delete them. We keep them only as long as we need them to answer questions and manage memberships, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask.
- Checkout attribution data is deleted automatically after 28 days.
- PayPal, Whop, Discord, Vercel and Upstash keep information according to their own policies.
7.Your choices and rights
- The contact form is optional. You can subscribe without filling it in.
- You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging a staff member in our Discord. We may ask for something that confirms it's you, such as your PayPal subscription ID.
- You can limit tracking with the browser settings described above, and cancel your subscription at any time in your PayPal account.
- Depending on where you live — for example the EU, the UK or some US states — you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain uses of your information or opting out of targeted advertising. Tell us what you'd like and we'll respond as the law that applies to you requires.
- For information held by PayPal, Whop or Discord, you can also use their own privacy tools.
8.Children
NextLevelPicks is only for adults aged 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, tell us in our Discord and we'll delete it.
9.Security
The site uses HTTPS, card details are handled entirely by PayPal, and our admin tools are password-protected. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee the security of information sent to us.
Keep your subscription ID and personal details to private messages rather than public Discord channels.
10.Where information is processed
The services we use may store and process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from where you live.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll also post a notice on the site or in our Discord.
