Terms of Service

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the legal gambling age where you live if that's higher (for example, 21 in many US states).
• Sports betting laws differ between countries and states. It's your responsibility to make sure betting is legal where you are before acting on anything we share. The Service isn't offered where that's prohibited.
• We may refuse or remove access for anyone who doesn't meet these requirements.

NextLevelPicks shares sports picks, betting analysis, education and community discussion. Free picks are posted on this website and in our Discord. Premium includes up to 5 Premium plays every day, 1-on-1 Premium mentorship, personalized risk management, bankroll strategy, Premium community access and direct guidance on any play. The number of plays depends on the day's slate, so some days there are fewer.

We're not a sportsbook. We don't accept, place or settle bets for anyone.

We may change, add or remove parts of the Service over time.

• Picks, analysis and everything else we share are our opinions, provided for entertainment and educational purposes. They aren't financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• Sports betting involves real financial risk. No outcome, win rate or profit is guaranteed, and you can lose money.
• You decide whether, where and how much to bet, and you're solely responsible for those decisions and any losses.
• Results shown on the site are our own record of tickets we placed, logged by hand. Past results don't predict future results.
• Odds and lines move. The price available to you may be different from the one we posted.

Only bet what you can afford to lose. If betting stops being fun or starts to feel out of control, take a break and get support.

In the US, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open 24/7: call or text 1-800-MY-RESET, or chat online. Outside the US, contact your local support service.

You can ask a staff member in our Discord to remove your access at any time. To stop payments, also cancel your subscription in PayPal.

• Plans and prices are shown on the plans page before you subscribe. Every plan includes the same Premium access; only the billing period is different.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges of your plan's price at the start of each billing period — weekly, monthly or yearly — until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future charges.
• Your Premium access may be removed when your subscription is cancelled or ends, or if a payment fails.
• If we change the price of a plan, we'll tell you before the new price applies to your subscription.
• Your access details are shown once PayPal confirms your subscription. If you paid but didn't get them, use the “Paid but didn't get your access link?” form on the plans page or message a staff member in our Discord.

Billing problems and refunds

If a charge looks wrong or you have a billing problem, message a staff member in our Discord with your PayPal subscription ID. PayPal's own dispute process may also be available to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Premium content is for your own personal use. Don't share, forward, post, publish or resell Premium picks or other Premium content, and don't give anyone else access to your membership. We may remove access for anyone who does.

• Treat others with respect. Don't harass, threaten, spam or scam anyone, and don't post anything illegal.
• Follow our Discord server rules and Discord's own Terms of Service.
• Don't misuse the website: don't try to access areas you aren't authorized to use, get around its security, disrupt it, or flood its forms with automated submissions.
• Don't give false information, such as someone else's subscription ID.

The NextLevelPicks name and logo, this website, and the picks, analysis and other content we create belong to us. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, redistribute or sell them without our written permission.

Parts of the Service rely on PayPal, Whop and Discord, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their services or for other websites we link to.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind — including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any pick or piece of information is accurate, complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any betting or financial losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal reasons. You can stop using the Service at any time — to stop Premium payments, cancel your subscription in PayPal.

We may update these Terms. We'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll also post a notice on the site or in our Discord. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
